Practical terms for using WhatsApp Gateway during private beta and controlled launch.

Service Description

WhatsApp Gateway provides a controlled transactional WhatsApp integration service for applications, CRMs, ERPs, support teams, automation workflows, and 3CX-style communication systems.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep account credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets secure.
  • Use the service only for lawful and expected business communication.
  • Maintain recipient consent and honor opt-outs.
  • Review logs and report suspected misuse quickly.

Acceptable Use

Transactional, operational, support, internal team, ERP/CRM, appointment, order, delivery, authentication-style, and webhook-driven automation messages are permitted when they are expected and legitimate.

Prohibited Use

Marketing campaigns, cold outreach, spam, bulk sending to scraped or purchased lists, political messaging, phishing, fraud, impersonation, harmful links, deceptive messages, harassment, and illegal activity are prohibited.

Limits, Suspension, and Termination

The service may apply fair-use limits, throttling, blocking, account review, suspension, or termination to protect reliability, recipients, and responsible use.

Beta and Availability

Private beta features may change. The service is provided without a formal uptime commitment unless separately agreed in writing.

Payments and Refunds

Payment and refund terms may depend on the package, provider, or separate written agreement. During private beta, payment features may be disabled or handled manually.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WhatsApp Gateway is not liable for indirect losses, platform enforcement, recipient complaints, number restrictions, or misuse by customers.
