WhatsApp Gateway provides an independent gateway/integration layer for WhatsApp-based communication workflows. Users must use the service responsibly, lawfully, and only for legitimate communication.

WhatsApp Gateway is an independent integration service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to WhatsApp, Meta, 3CX, or their related companies. Customers are responsible for ensuring their usage follows applicable platform policies and local laws.

Allowed Use

WhatsApp Gateway may be used for

  • Transactional messages
  • Operational messages
  • Support messages
  • Internal team messages
  • ERP/CRM notifications
  • Appointment reminders
  • Order and delivery alerts
  • Authentication-style messages
  • Customer service updates
  • Webhook-driven automation
  • Customer messages that are expected, consented, or part of a legitimate business relationship
Not Allowed

WhatsApp Gateway must not be used for

  • Spam
  • Cold outreach
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Bulk campaigns
  • Scraped or purchased contact lists
  • Phishing
  • Fraud
  • Impersonation
  • Harmful links or malware
  • Political messaging
  • Harassment
  • Illegal activity
  • Deceptive communication

Consent

Recipient consent and business relationship

Customers should only message recipients who have provided appropriate permission or where the message is part of an expected business, support, operational, or transactional workflow.

Message Purpose

Every message should have a valid purpose:

  • Transactional
  • Operational
  • Support
  • Internal Team
  • Authentication / OTP

Marketing is not allowed in WhatsApp Gateway.

Account and Number Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the WhatsApp numbers they connect, the content they send, and any consequences from misuse, including number restrictions, bans, or platform enforcement.

Higher Limits

Higher daily or monthly limits are available only after manual use-case review. Marketing, cold outreach, or spam use cases will not be approved.
